With a background in France, Quebec and the UK, Judith Deschamps' interdisciplinary work focuses on the relationship between the human and the machine. From a feminist perspective, she draws on language, the body and digital technologies to explore the hybrid creative possibilities that arise from this relationship.

At the crossroads of many fields, this work has led her to collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines, and to exhibit at venues including the Centre Pompidou, IRCAM and the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaïsme in Paris; De Appel in Amsterdam; the Casino Luxembourg in Luxembourg; the Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab in Taipei; the FRAC Grand Large in Dunkirk; Mains d'Œuvres in Saint-Ouen; and the Galerie Édouard Manet in Gennevilliers.
